Separation & Divorce Mediation

Comprehensive support throughout the process

For couples ending a marriage or long-term partnership, we provide structured mediation sessions that address every dimension of separation: parenting arrangements, spousal and child support, division of property and assets, and the practical decisions that come with entering a new chapter.

The result is a Memorandum of Understanding outlining the terms discussed in mediation. Parties are then encouraged to obtain independent legal advice before a formal separation agreement is finalized and signed.

02

Parenting Plans

For new and existing co-parenting agreements

Whether you're separating for the first time or revisiting an agreement that no longer fits, we help parents design parenting plans that prioritize the children while remaining workable for the adults involved.

Parenting plans cover decision making (formerly called "custody") and parenting time (formerly called "access"). We also cover holidays, communication, and the everyday details that often go unaddressed until they become disputes.

03

Financial Mediation

Asset division and financial transitions

We focus on the financial decisions most families face during separation: child support, spousal support, and the division of assets. Full financial disclosure is part of the process, and we work to ensure both parties have the information they need to make decisions with confidence. As part of financial mediation, we may refer you to financial professionals as needed.

04

Agreement Revisions

When circumstances change

Life moves forward, children grow, careers change, therefore existing agreements sometimes need to evolve too.

We work with families who already have agreements in place but need help adjusting them, through the same calm, structured process that brought them here in the first place.

The process

How mediation works.

01

Free consultation

An initial conversation, usually about 15 minutes, to understand your situation and explain the process. No commitment required.

02

Intake

Each party meets individually with the mediator to share additional information and confirm mediation is the right fit.

03

Joint sessions

Structured conversations where the issues are discussed and resolved, one at a time.

04

Agreement

The outcomes are documented in a clear written agreement that both parties can take for independent legal review.
