Our approach

Neutral.
Efficient.
Focused.

Monday Mediation Co. was built on the belief that families deserve a better way to work through difficult decisions, one that respects people, relationships, and the realities of everyday life.

Working through family decisions can be hard, but it does not have to be destructive. Many are surprised by how much calmer and more productive it feels than they anticipated and leave sessions feeling clearer, more settled, and better able to move forward.

Principles

What guides our work.

01

Neutrality

We represent the process rather than the parties and we hold space for both sides equally, every time.

02

Confidentiality

What you share with us stays with us. Conversations within mediation are private and protected, so you can speak openly without worrying about how it might be used later.

03

Self-determination

You make the decisions. We don't impose outcomes but rather support you in reaching agreements that work for your unique family.

04

Care

Every family is different. We move at the pace that fits for you.

Family Mediator

I'm a Registered Social Worker with over 15 years of experience supporting children and families through some of life's most challenging seasons. Over the years, my work in child welfare has shown me how important it is to listen carefully, stay grounded during difficult conversations, and help families find solutions that are realistic and workable in everyday life. That experience eventually led me to become an Accredited Family Mediator, with the goal of offering families a more collaborative, child-focused approach to resolving conflict.

I know how overwhelming change can feel because I live it, too. As a separated mum of two young children, I understand the juggle, the worry, and the deep desire to create a stable, healthy future for our kids. I believe it is possible to move through separation in a way that acknowledges the family is changing while still treating those relationships with care and respect, and these values are at the heart of every mediation I facilitate.

Mediation is about more than agreements. It's about creating a path forward with clarity, respect, and hope.

Let's work together to find a way forward.
