Neutrality
We do not represent either party. We represent the process — and we hold space for both sides equally, every time.
About
Our approach
Monday Mediation Co. was founded on a simple belief: families navigating difficult transitions deserve a process that respects their intelligence, their relationships, and their time.
We are not lawyers, and we are not therapists. We are trained mediators — neutral third parties who help people in conflict have the conversations they need to have, in a structured, confidential setting where every voice is heard.
The work is sometimes hard. It is often unexpectedly relieving. And it almost always produces better, more durable outcomes than what families fear they're heading toward.
Principles
We do not represent either party. We represent the process — and we hold space for both sides equally, every time.
What is said in mediation stays in mediation. Our sessions are private, and the contents are protected.
You make the decisions. We don't impose outcomes — we help you reach ones that work for your family.
Every family is different. We move at the pace that fits, and we treat the people in front of us with dignity.
Why mediation
Court is adversarial by design. Mediation is not. In mediation, you are not opponents — you are two people trying to reach an agreement, with help.
That difference matters. It tends to produce agreements people actually keep, relationships that survive the process, and children who don't have to watch their parents fight in front of a judge.

We're happy to walk you through how mediation works, whether or not you decide to move forward. The first conversation is always free.
